Deepening Facilitative Capacity
Overheard at APO FL… Once a year around the spring-time, Organizational Learning and Effectiveness offers APO Facilitative Leadership grads an opportunity to connect with each other, review, practice, and enhance their facilitation skills. On May 28 th and 29 th , 2012, OLE hosted the 3 rd annual Deepening facilitative Capacity session at Campus Saint-Jean. Participants came from a range of positions/units across UAlberta, creating a diverse cohort with a wealth of experience and knowledge. 2012 participant and UAlberta Employment Equity Advisor, Catherine Anley commented: “It was a fantastic professional development experience.
